The basics are the same whether we're refreshing your communications skills or working with you on a specific, one off, project.
Through one to one sessions topics such as eye contact, assertion, projection, use of visuals, selling, keeping the audience interested, handling questions, content, avoiding the Power Point pitfalls and much more are covered.
Our courses are structured particularly and exclusively for the client concerned. We visit and discuss your requirements before the day. None of our courses are taken “off the shelf”.
After the course we provide feedback to heads of training, or relevant others, on how the delegates performed. We notify them of the ones that will do credit to the company when presenting to outside clients, and advise on the ones to nurture or use sparingly.
All clients are advised to ring us at any time, day or night, when giving a presentation, to talk through anything they may have forgotten.
